Face recognition attendance from the phone
Every clock-in and clock-out is verified with the person's face, a liveness check and their GPS location. No time clocks, cards or shared fingerprint scanners: staff clock in from their own phone, and you know they were really there.
- Face with liveness check
- GPS location on every punch
- Fake GPS blocking

Why traditional attendance methods fail
Buddy punching
With cards, codes or paper sign-in sheets, one person can clock in for another. You end up paying for hours nobody worked.
Time clocks do not reach the field
A time clock or fingerprint scanner works in an office, but not on a construction site, a route or a security post.
Spoofed locations
Fake GPS apps let people clock in from home. Many attendance apps do not detect them.
A clock-in that cannot be faked
BellGo Track combines several checks on every clock-in, so the recorded time is reliable for supervision and payroll.
Face recognition with liveness check
The app compares the face with the registered photo and checks that a real person is in front of the camera, not a photo.
GPS location and geofences
Every clock-in stores the location. With geofences, it is only accepted inside the site perimeter.
See the featureFake GPS app blocking
The app detects and blocks location-spoofing apps, so nobody can clock in from somewhere else.
From the worker's phone
Native app for iOS and Android. No need to buy or install time clocks at every site.
Linked to the schedule
Every clock-in is compared with the scheduled shift, so you see late arrivals, absences and early departures.

Verified hours go straight into the payroll calculation, with your overtime and holiday rules.

- 1
Register the worker
Add the worker with a reference photo and assign them to their sites and shifts.
- 2
Clock in at the site
On arrival, they open the app and take a photo. The app checks the face, the liveness check and the GPS.
- 3
Automatic validation
If everything matches, the clock-in is recorded. If not, it is flagged for review.
- 4
Supervision and payroll
The supervisor sees attendance live, and the verified hours feed into payroll.

How does face recognition attendance tracking work?
The worker opens the BellGo Track app on their phone and takes a photo when clocking in. The app compares their face with the registered photo, checks that they are a real person (liveness check) and stores the GPS location. The clock-in is only accepted if everything matches.
Do I need to buy a time clock or fingerprint scanner?
No. BellGo Track runs on the worker's iOS or Android phone, so there is no equipment to install at each site.
Can it be fooled with a photo or a fake GPS app?
The liveness check prevents using a photo instead of the person, and the app detects and blocks location-spoofing apps.
Does it work for field staff or people at multiple sites?
Yes. It is built for teams that work outside an office: security guards, field crews, cleaning staff or technicians. Each site can have its own geofence.
What happens to biometric data?
The data is used only to verify identity at clock-in. You can read how we collect, use and protect it in our privacy policy.
