Payroll and overtime calculation from verified hours
The same verified hours from each clock-in feed into payroll. Set your overtime, holiday, leave and break rules once in the web portal, give custom rules to anyone who needs them and stop calculating by hand every pay period.
- Overtime and holiday multipliers
- Paid and unpaid leave
- Rules per person

Why payroll for operations staff gets complicated
Hours that cannot be proven
If clock-ins are not reliable, payroll is not either. You pay overtime nobody can verify.
Rules calculated by hand
Overtime, holidays, breaks and leave are applied in spreadsheets with fragile formulas.
Special cases
Hourly staff, salaried staff and people with different agreements force you to calculate each case separately.
Your pay rules, applied automatically
Set up the rules your company uses, and BellGo Track applies them to each person's verified hours.
Overtime multiplier
Hours above the daily limit are paid at the multiplier you choose, for example 1.5×.
Holiday rate
Shifts on calendar holidays are paid at their own multiplier.
Paid and unpaid leave
Paid leave pays the scheduled shift; unpaid leave is set to zero.
Scheduled or punched hours
Pay by the schedule or by the verified clock-in, with a grace period or rounding.
See the featureBreaks and caps
Unpaid breaks are deducted, and paid hours can be capped at the scheduled time.
Rules per person
Hourly rate or monthly salary, with custom rules for anyone who needs them.

Does BellGo Track calculate overtime according to the law in my country?
BellGo Track applies the rules you configure: daily limit, overtime and holiday multipliers, breaks and leave. You or your labor advisor set those values according to the laws of your country, whether that is Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru or another.
How do holiday pay and overtime combine?
The holiday rate is applied first, and overtime is then calculated on top of that rate. For example, with holidays at 2× and overtime at 1.5×, each overtime hour on a holiday is paid at 3× the base rate.
Does it work with monthly salaries and hourly pay?
Yes. Each person can have an hourly rate or a monthly salary, and custom rules when needed.
Are meal breaks deducted?
Yes. Unpaid breaks are automatically deducted from payable hours.
