- Client-ready patrol reports

The same old problems in security operations
Tours that only exist on paper
Logbooks get filled in at the end of the shift, and no one can prove when each checkpoint was checked. When an incident happens, the evidence is missing.
Empty posts no one notices
A guard who no-shows, leaves early or has someone else punch in for them leaves the post empty. The control room finds out when the client calls to complain.
Clients asking for proof
More and more contracts require proof of tours and time on post. Building those reports by hand eats up hours of supervisor time every week.
Everything a security company needs in one app
From scheduling guards to the report your client receives, every step is logged with time, location and photo.
Guard tours with QR and NFC checkpoints
Place QR or NFC tags at each checkpoint. The guard scans them with their phone, and the tour stays open until every checkpoint is done.
See the featureFace recognition clock-in
Every clock-in and clock-out is verified with the guard's face, a liveness check and GPS. No more buddy punching.
See the featureFake GPS blocking
The app detects location-spoofing apps, so a clock-in or scan only counts if the guard is actually on site.
See the featureLive map of guards and alerts
See on the map who is on shift and where, and get alerts when a checkpoint is missed or someone leaves the geofence.
See the featureIncident reports with evidence
Guards log incidents with photo, audio and a timestamp from the app. The control room sees them right away.
Patrol reports for clients
Generate automatic reports with every scanned checkpoint, the time and the evidence, ready to send to each client.

What is a guard tour system?
It is a tool that records when and where a guard checks each point on their route. With BellGo Track, the guard scans QR or NFC tags with their phone, and each scan is saved with the time and GPS location.
Is QR or NFC better for guard tours?
Both work in BellGo Track, and you can combine them. QR is cheaper and easy to print; NFC is read by holding the phone close and holds up better outdoors. Many companies use NFC outdoors and QR indoors.
How does BellGo Track stop one guard from clocking in for another?
Every clock-in requires face recognition with a liveness check and GPS location, and the app blocks fake GPS apps. If the person clocking in isn't the assigned guard or isn't on site, the clock-in isn't validated.
Can I share tour reports with my clients?
Yes. BellGo Track generates patrol reports with every scanned checkpoint, the time and photo evidence, ready to send to each client.
What do guards need to use it?
Just a phone with the BellGo Track app for iOS or Android. Supervisors and the control room work from the web portal.
